Customer Service Executives

to handle inbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide a positive customer experience. This is a

non-technical, process-driven role

suitable for freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound calls / customer interactions professionally Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards Update customer details and interaction notes in the system Follow company processes and compliance guidelines Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution We are hiring

Candidates with prior BPO / Call Center experience ONLY



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
