The Customer Support Executive will handle customer queies and provide basic support through calls, emails, or chat. This is a temporary, part-time role suited for candidates looking for flexible working hours and short-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products/services Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases Maintain call logs and update customer records Follow company processes and service standards

Eligibility / Requirements



Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in local language Basic computer knowledge Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours or shifts

Experience



Freshers can apply Prior experience in customer support / call center is an advantage

Compensation



Salary/Stipend: As per company norms (hourly or shift-based)
