Job Title: Customer Service Executive



Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Khar, Mumbai



Experience - 6 Months to 3+ Years

Key responsibilities

? Make Inbound calls & Outbound calls on a daily basis.

? Communicating with customers through various channels.

? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

? Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

? Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

? Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

? Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

? Take the extra mile to engage customers.

? Fluency in English

? Experience in dealing with people.
