Job Description

Be the voice of Rushabh Sealink and ensure seamless customer experience by coordinating bookings, providing timely updates, and maintaining strong client relationships in the fast-paced logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for container bookings

Place bookings with shipping lines, follow up, validate, and confirm all shipment bookings Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service Manage daily communication via emails and phone calls with customers & shipping lines Fetch and provide accurate vessel schedules to customers Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system Direct customer queries or concerns to the appropriate department and provide prompt responses Use daily customer service reports to confirm all release requirements before container pickup
Requirements

Strong communication skills -- both verbal & written

Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry.



Proficiency in MS Office & ability to handle operational systems Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Compensation:

Max. ?30,000 In-hand

, to be finalized based on the candidate's experience and capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
