Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve ecommerce customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Manage customer communications via email, social media, and phone.
Confirm orders and address queries for B2B customers, providing tailored support.
Share product updates and information with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, purchase history, and billing information.
Prepare and manage MIS reports and track customer interactions and assigned tasks.
Provide clear and actionable instructions to customers to resolve their concerns effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and deliver advanced solutions for customer issues.
