What You'll Do
Provide white-glove support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) with a focus on delighting users
Become a product expert, guiding customers to unlock the full potential of our platform
Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of education technology
Analyze user feedback and transform insights into actionable product improvements
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Top 5 skills (Must have )
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new tools
A problem-solving mindset and the drive to go above and beyond for customers
