Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Respond to customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and service requests.
Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Warehouse teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as per company policies.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department for timely closure.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in Customer Service
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-first attitude with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Candidate age should be under 30 years
(preferred).
