As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires working in the US shift, which aligns with our customers' time zones, and involves a complete blended process of handling various customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service through various channels Via Calls.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately.
Record and manage customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Adhere to company guidelines and standards while handling customer interactions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education:
HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification. A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in customer service are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, US shift environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
