Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of customer interactions
Meet SLA and quality parameters
Escalate issues when required
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in shifts
Experience in BPO/customer service preferred (freshers can also apply)
