About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to manage customer interactions effectively and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle queries in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Document and update customer information accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant tools/software (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
Typing speed:
30 WPM
minimum.
