Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Thane. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing clients, provide information about our services, and address queries. The day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, maintaining records of communication, and achieving targeted call conversions. Building and maintaining positive client relationships is a key element of this role.

Qualifications



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in making outbound calls and managing client interactions Ability to follow-up on leads and achieve call conversion targets Experience in telemarketing or a similar customer service role Basic understanding of media and digital marketing Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or communications are a plus
