Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or escalations promptly.
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the system.
Generate daily and weekly logistics reports for management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics / Commerce / Business).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
