Customer Experience Executive : We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can interact with Customers and coordinate with the different teams to provide a solution with empathy. Key parts of the process would include - ₹ Respond to customer queries across all support channels promptly (Call, Email, Chat). ? Coordinate with our operations team to ensure proper dispatch of packages. ? Ensure a smooth delivery experience by working with our delivery partners. ? Proactively resolve issues, complaints, or escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction. ? Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, etc.). ? Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements. ? Assist in building a strong knowledge base/FAQ for customers and internal teams. ? Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the brand. Who are we looking for? An ideal candidate would be someone with the following: ₹ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills ?
