We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and achieving sales or lead generation targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Promote products/services, explain offerings, and generate interest.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle customer objections or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Keep records of calls and customer responses using call tracking software.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone presence.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
