Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Keep updated on product knowledge and company services to better assist customers
Support the team in achieving individual and departmental goals
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Minimum qualification: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
