Customer Support Executives
to provide assistance to clients using our software, Medica. This position involves responding to inbound support calls and resolving client issues related to software usage, billing, accounting, and GST. Support is delivered via phone and using remote desktop tools such as AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound support calls and respond to customer queries
Guide clients on features related to accounting, billing, and GST
Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams when necessary
Document all support interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer or technical support
Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric attitude and ability to manage pressure calmly
