Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain customer records and update information as necessary Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
