Customer Service Executives

. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our travel/tour packages, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Make Inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above. Good communication skills in English. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
