As a
Customer Service Executive
, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers over the phone and ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
Achieve a daily target of 250 connected calls or 390 connected emails and chats.
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer queries and requests
Requirements:
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center experience.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
