Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales and Pricing teams for container bookings
Place bookings with shipping lines, follow up, validate, and confirm all shipment bookings
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service
Manage daily communication via emails and phone calls with customers & shipping lines
Fetch and provide accurate vessel schedules to customers
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the operating system
Direct customer queries or concerns to the appropriate department and provide prompt responses
Use daily customer service reports to confirm all release requirements before container pickup
Requirements
Strong communication skills -- both verbal & written
? Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics preferred
Proficiency in MS Office & ability to handle operational systems
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
