Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for booking confirmations, shipping instructions, and documentation.
Submit House Bill of Lading (HBL), Form 13, VGM, and related documents via the ODeX platform.
Handle online bookings through shipping line portals or INTTRA.
Respond to vessel schedules, cargo status, and document processing inquiries.
Ensure accuracy of documentation and timely filing to avoid delays or penalties.
Collaborate with operations and logistics departments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Track and follow up on shipment status; provide regular updates to customers.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the supervisor as needed.
Maintain and update records in the internal systems daily basis.
