Backend process
A ) Customer Support Services - email , chat,voice and /Or social media as applicable
B) KYC (Know your customer) verification
C) User onboarding Services
Location - Chakala
Salary - 23k CTC(depending on interview)
Communication:- excellent English communication
Week off - rotational
Working days- 6
Shift Process - 24/7 rotational ( travelling allowance will be provided for night shift)
Good understanding of english (Reading and understanding)
Need same Baground experience
