Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
2. Sales and Upselling:
- Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and proactively promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations or explanations to interested customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and contribute to improving the sales process.
3. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, features, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and product knowledge updates to enhance your understanding of our products.
- Share product knowledge with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and needs.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or upselling is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
