Role Overview
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the voice of Love Pangolin--handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchase experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, social media & phone
Manage order updates, returns, exchanges, refunds & tracking
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely resolution
Understand product specs (fits, fabrics, sizing) to guide customers
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
Monitor customer feedback and escalate recurring issues
Contribute to improving service SOPs and customer journey
Requirements
2+ years experience in customer support (D2C clothing/fashion preferred)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Good understanding of clothing terminology, sizing, and fabric types
Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar CRMs
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
