Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Experience Required: 0-1 year (Freshers can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Explain products/services, features, and benefits clearly to customers.
Convince customers and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Handle customer queries regarding pricing, offers, and product details.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality & compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate (HSC passed) can apply.
0-1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO preferred.
Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary : - 15K TO 25K
