We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or related fields. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop customer relationship management skills while contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and concerns promptly and effectively
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Process customer requests including orders, returns, refunds, and account modifications
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or specialized departments when required
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products/services
Assist in preparing customer service reports and feedback analysis
Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer skills including MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or retail customer service
Knowledge of customer service best practices and quality standards
Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Certification in customer service or related field
