Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring smooth coordination across logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and service issues.

Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, and dispatch) to provide timely updates to customers.

Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.

Assist in resolving service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and expediting corrections or adjustments.

Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement and customer trends.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain).

Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

Strong communication skills - verbal and written (English and/or local language).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Internship or project experience in logistics or customer service.

Familiarity with shipment tracking tools or CRM systems.
