What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring excellent service Provide clear guidance on product use and help customers get the most out of their purchase Keep customers happy with regular follow-ups and swift issue resolution Maintain detailed customer records to improve service quality Support occasional sales-related activities like lead follow-ups and product recommendations
What We're Looking For

Graduate with strong English speaking and writing skills Friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset Freshers or professionals with 1-3 years in customer service or CRM roles Willing to work in a blended role combining customer support + light sales Based in or ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai
