Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Update and maintain records of customer interactions and recovery status.
Support basic back office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
