: The CRM Executive will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships
within the hair and beauty industry. Responsibilities include handling and monitoring inbound and
outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The
role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide personalized
solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills over the phone.
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
- Basic skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in salons, hair transplants, hair patches, or hair
extensions will be given preference.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar customer service or CRM role.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software will increase the chances of selection.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Monday off, working on Sundays.
- Typical working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
