Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and face-to face inquiries regarding club services, membership options, class schedules, and events.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager or appropriate department as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Inform members about upcoming events, promotions, and new services.
Distribute promotional materials and club information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, approachable, and customer oriented demeanor.
