Handle incoming calls, resolve client queries, and provide accurate information
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and collect feedback
Maintain updated records of client communications and interactions in CRM or Google Sheets
Coordinate with the in-clinic team to ensure timely scheduling and service delivery
Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
Assist in calling campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
Polite, patient, and service-oriented communication style
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/MS Excel)
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple client conversations
Must be available to work full-time from the clinic (no remote work)
