Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up queries.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and reschedules.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reminders.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding services, offers, and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (stylists, technicians, and managers) to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
Greet walk-in clients and ensure they have a welcoming experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk (salon/spa/retail/hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, CRM tools).
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident.
