Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Present and explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM/database.
Ensure high standards of customer service and communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or Telesales (mandatory)
Educational Qualification:
HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
Languages Required:
Hindi + Marathi
Gujarati + Marathi
Hindi + English
Age Limit:
18 - 39 years
Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and persuasive approach
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficient in basic computer applications
