Customer Service Executive

to manage guest inquiries and ensure excellent client service. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for our customers.

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bookings, queries, and complaints Respond to emails, chats, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally Maintain guest satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely solutions Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, operations, accounts) for smooth service delivery Record customer feedback and maintain CRM database Follow up on inquiries and ensure closure Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team promptly Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality-related experience Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Polite, calm, and confident in handling difficult situations Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Graduate or Postgraduate from any discipline Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
