Remind patients of upcoming appointments or necessary documentation via calls or messages
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the supervisor or clinic management.
Escalate unresolved queries or complaints to the appropriate department or staff member.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
