Extra Working Hours Compensation:

?150 per hour

Work Schedule:

5 to 9-hour shifts per day 2 rotational weekly offs Shifts include early morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner Provide prompt solutions and address customer queries effectively Deliver outstanding service to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quick and accurate problem resolution Communicate clearly and confidently in

both English and Marathi

Requirements:

Minimum education qualification: 12th pass or equivalent Freshers are encouraged to apply

Fluency in English and Marathi is mandatory
