Handle customer queries and coordinate resolutions
Maintain documentation and reporting using MS Excel and MS Office

Eligibility Criteria - Customer Service Executive
Final year or pass-out students
Willingness to work from Karnal Office
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite
Strong communication skills in English
Sound knowledge of computer operations
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Days:
Few Sunday are also working but may take compensatory off between Tuesday to Friday
