Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, rates, and documentation
Provide timely shipment status updates and resolve customer issues
Coordinate with operations, carriers, and agents to meet customer requirements
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
Support sales and operations teams with customer-related documentation
Ensure service delivery in line with company standards and SLAs
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics customer service
Good understanding of freight forwarding processes and documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/logistics systems
