UK Retention Voice MUMBAI Job Role: Retaining Customers having an issue with their Bills and Services and Up selling them Telecom products and services. UK Shift (24/7 Rotational Shift) 5 Days Working 2 Days Rotational Off 9.5 Hours of Working Should be Comfortable with Rotational Shifts as well 20 - 30k in hand / Performance Incentives from 0 - 6k Eligibility:

  • 6 Months of BPO Experience
  • Minimum HSC Qualified
  • Should have all the relevant Documents for Previous Company
