1) Customer supportadditional details: Salary-upto 20k Job Location: Mahim , Mumbai Candidates to be Recruited: 2 Females Designation: Executive - Customer Support Will Report to: Manager - Customer SupportRequirements and skills Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role Experience using help desk software and remote support tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills Inclination to gain a deep knowledge of products, processes, SLAs and SOPs Patience when handling difficult customers Basic knowledge of MS-Office Must-Know Languages: English, HindiCustomer Support Executive responsibilities include resolving customer queries,recommending solutions and guiding product users through the features and functionalitiesof the product. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and spokencommunication skills, a process oriented approach, patience and discipline.Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, via phone, or email
  • Update our internal databases with information about discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure that open issues/queries are
resolved on time
  • Maintain detailed MIS reports to help track the performance of the customer support

  • Gather customer feedback and empirical intelligence and share it with our Product,
Sales and Marketing teams to help evolve our products and processes
  • Contribute in building processes, policies and SOPs to help automate the customer
support functionRequirements and skills
  • Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Inclination to gain a deep knowledge of products, processes, SLAs and SOPs
  • Patience when handling difficult customers
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office
