Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide them through product usage
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements
Ensure customer retention and upsell opportunities
Maintain customer records and reports
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/ Plustwo (preferred)
0-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or service
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
