A Houston, Texas, USA based Logistics company is in need for Process Associates to work from our office in Kolkata and deal with its hiring program . As a Process Associate you will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring
- Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order
- Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively
- Work on Job Boards
- Manage listings on Job Portals
- Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring
- Maintain Daily MIS reports
- A minimum of 2 years of international BPO related voice process experience is a pre-requisite
- Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity
- Previous Hiring experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to start immediately
