The company operates Pan-India with addresses in Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ranchi and Surat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive in Kolkata. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to customers\' inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding Real Estate Brochures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with other departments. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to resolve customer complaints and inquiries Knowledge of Customer Service Management to manage daily operations and coordinate with other departments Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must have 2 -3 years of experience in Customer service. Must be from Kolkata location.
