Job Description


Customer Experience Manager Experience in service Coordination in Industrial equipment/Automobile/whitegoods/HospitalEquipment\'s Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Technical Ground like Sales Force or Any other service/Sales Software like SAP. Technically sounded (PPT /Presentation Making,Basic in Advance Excel like V-LOOKUP,H-LOOKUP Etc) Min 10-15 years of experience in Automobile Industry with good stability. The Candidate should be handling following roles independently- 1. Customer co-ordination and registering survey feedback 2. Day to Day co-ordination with Engineers and ASM, ensure zero Complaints. 3. Responsible for assigning day to day complaint activity in CRM (SF) 4. Preparing reports and dashboards through CRM (SF) 5. Asset warranty registrations in CRM (SF) 6. Co-ordination with ASM and engineers for adhering SF report submission. 7.High Aptitude in CRM Software. Should be an IT Savvy Person. To meet DG set maintenance TAT and MTTR timeline, which resultant enhancement of customer satisfaction and experience
