. The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads generated from advertisements, following up with prospective clients and students, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated from digital advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to student admissions and construction clients
Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and admission procedures to students
Coordinate with clients for construction-related enquiries and site discussions
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
Assist the sales and marketing team in lead conversion
Respond to WhatsApp messages, calls, and emails professionally and promptly
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (preferable)
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management systems is a plus
Experience in customer handling, telecalling, or admissions preferred
Ability to convince and convert leads effectively
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in customer handling / telecalling / admissions (preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
