Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past customers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders or visits.
Record customer details and feedback accurately.
Coordinate with sales, service, or operations team to fulfill requests.
Resolve complaints and service issues quickly.
Track daily calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and update status regularly.
Remind customers about offers, new products, and services.
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction at every interaction.
