Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries Guide students and parents about Avenir courses Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records Support admission documentation and seat booking process Coordinate with counsellors, BDEs, and management teams Address basic concerns related to fees, eligibility, and career scope Ensure professional communication and brand representation

Eligibility & Skills Required:



Any graduate or +2 (with strong communication skills) Good verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage) Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and follow daily targets Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills

Experience:



Freshers can apply Experience in education, aviation, telecalling, or counselling will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,682.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
