Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Support:



Guide customers through the platform for

vendor selection

booking services

, ensuring a smooth customer experience? Handle

customer inquiries

, concerns, and

complaints

promptly with empathy and professionalism? Provide

product information

and service guidance to help customers make informed decisions? Act as primary

point of contact

for customer communications via phone, email, and chat

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong

customer relationships

to drive

customer retention

and loyalty? Conduct

follow-up calls

post-service to ensure

customer satisfaction

and gather feedback? Maintain accurate

customer records

and documentation in

CRM system

? Implement

customer engagement

strategies to enhance overall experience?

Telecalling & Communication:



Make

outbound calls

and handle

inbound calls

professionally with excellent

call handling

skills? Demonstrate strong

active listening

and

problem-solving

abilities during customer interactions?

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience:



Minimum

6 months to 1 year

of experience in

Customer Service

,

Customer Support

,

Telecalling

,

Telesales

, or

Client Relationship Management

? Prior experience in

customer-facing roles

customer care

, or

client servicing

preferred
