Job Overview:
We're looking for a persuasive and articulate Candidate to join our growing team in Kochi. This role requires exceptional English communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with UK-based landlords and tenants. Your key responsibility will be to build relationships, convert leads, and support the lettings process from initial contact to final agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with landlords to onboard new properties and explain our services clearly and convincingly
Communicate with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain consistent communication to build trust and close deals
Coordinate with the UK team to ensure smooth handovers and accurate information sharing
Maintain records of conversations, deals, and progress using internal tools
Meet weekly and monthly targets for conversions and client engagement
Key Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, clear phone manner
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to convince and close deals
Comfortable working UK hours (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM IST)
Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools is beneficial
